Passcape Outlook Express Password Recovery is a program that does exactly that, for your email accounts in Outlook Express.

Different to other similar software, Passcape Outlook Express Password Recovery is a tool that can decupher passwords from Windows Registry files, whether from SMTP, POP3, IMAP, HTTPMAIL or LDAP servers, or from personal files (.pst), and even those that are hidden behind asterisks. There are four modes: automatic, manual, via a personal Outlook account and/or all those that appear hidden.

Passcape Outlook Express Password Recovery has a simple interface that lets you restore your passwords quickly and easily. Also, once you have it, you can export it to a text document, to HTML format, or to an Excel file.
